A worksheet contains your personal information along with your suite preferences and government issued ID. You'll provide this info to the agent working with you. This isn't a commitment to buy right away; it's just expressing your interest in owning a condo or a home and hoping to have one set aside for you.
As we finalize your purchase, your agent teams up with the developer to create the agreement, tailoring it to your preferences.
