Sign Agreement with a Deposit

As we finalize your purchase, your agent teams up with the developer to create the agreement, tailoring it to your preferences. After narrowing down your choices from your worksheet, we secure your unit, parking, locker, and snag any extra perks your agent negotiated for you. Additionally we have to provide a draft on signing.

Commencing the Cooling Period + Lawyer Review

After signing, there's a cooling-off period. Take this time to talk to your agent and make sure the terms are what you thought. Give the builder any post-dated cheques you still need to hand over, following the payment plan. If you haven't done that yet, do it now. Your agent is here to help with any questions or concerns.
